After seeing your slide show this year, I don't think I can handle that many laughs again . . . and I had no tissue with which to wipe my leaky eyes. Better tone it down next time.
All kidding aside, I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time, especially the picture/author comparisons and the interview with your kids about genre writers. I really do look forward to having you MC this next year!

I was actually thinking this past week about who would MC the conference next year and how he or she would find a way to live up to your awesomeness. =) So excited to have you for a second year! Jennie--Being the MC for the Storymakers Conference has no impact on a person's eligibility for the Whitney's. In fact, I was a finalist this past year -and- was the MC for the conference. (2012 will be a repeat gig for me!)
Having said that, I'm not eligible, anyway. Both my 2011 titles are rereleases and are, therefore, not eligible.
