Walkabout Wednesday: Not Your Neighbor's Romance Novel

It's Wednesday. Let's go walkabout.

(I'm bringing along a few of my mates as I wander through the vast wilderness of the publishing industry, learning the ins and outs, and having a grand adventure.)

Walkabout, Week 86:

What are you doing on May 3rd? Well, if you'll be within driving distance of Provo, Utah you need to mosey on over (sometime near abouts 7pm) to the Provo City Library for a night of Romances! Three authors--Michele Paige Holmes, Jennifer K. Clark and Yours Truly, will be discussing why we write romances, why we read them, why we love them, what makes a good Romance, what makes a GREAT Romance.... you get the picture.

Signed copies of our most recent titles (Michele - Captive Heart; Jennifer - Mark of Royalty; Sarah - The Kiss of a Stranger) will be given out as door prizes!!!!!

So, here's my question for you:

If you went to a panel discussion featuring romance writers, what would you be interested in hearing about?

Leave your answers in the comments (and, yes, I'm cheating so I'll have an idea of what to talk about)!

PS - The newest episode of The Appendix: a podcast for writers is up and available. This episode features a whole slew of guests and a great deal of fun! Check it out!!

Thanks for the heads up, Sarah. Do you have a date yet for the release of "Seeking Persephone"?

Right now it's looking like either August or September. Once I have more specifics I will shout them from the mountaintops (maybe literally)!
