Walkabout Wednesday... May's Giveaway Prize!!

It's Wednesday. Let's go walkabout.
(I'm bringing along a few of my mates as I wander through the vast wilderness of the publishing industry, learning the ins and outs, and having a grand adventure.)

Walkabout, Week 37:
I've been tired. And it's the end of the school year, which means life is beyond hectic. So, here it is, May 19th and I'm just now posting May's giveaway prize.

Just to clarify, this giveaway works the same as
every other month's giveaway--->
with one extra way to enter, which I'll explain after I announce the big ol' cool prize.

So, did you know there's a great new book out by an absolutely fantastic author?
Gee, thanks guys, but I didn't mean me!

Janette Rallison has a brand new book on shelves as of last week:

All her life, Alexia Garcia has been told she looks just like pop star Kari Kingsley, and one day when Alexia's photo filters through the Internet, she’s offered a job to be Kari's double. She takes the job in order to finally meet the father she's never known.

Alexia lives the celebrity life, even romancing the hottest lead singer on the charts. But is it real love if your boyfriend doesn't even know your name?

Sound fabulous? Is your interest piqued? Is your appetite whetted? Are you desperate to read this fantabulous book? I hope so because May's giveaway prize is:

A copy of "My Double Life" by Janette Rallison

Now for the extra way to win: Janette has no idea I'm giving away a copy of her book, because I am sneaky and underhanded like that. So, starting today I'll give you an additional entry for every comment you leave on Janette's blog--real comments, people, not "Bob was here" or "comment" or something lame like that. And, although I'm sure she's a dedicated reader of this blog (shakes head), let's keep this just between us, shall we? Don't leave a comment telling her I sent you. Just peruse, look around and fall in love with the genius that is Janette Rallison!

And, Janette, if you're reading this--Hi! *fake, nervous smile* Isn't this great? heh, heh,

Happy giveaway entering! The winner will be announced on June 1st!

PS--Come back for a very musical I Need Friends Friday!

(ignore "Read More!")

If you haven't read a book by Janette Rallison, they are fabulous. I also love the books under her pen-name Sierra St. James.

I just picked up My Double Life from the library! Love Janette's work. Love her. Did you know we both have twins? YUP. We are BFF's now. *collar suddenly tight* Should probably keep that info on the down low...

Janette's books (and those of Sierra St. James) are wicked funny. I love the stealth way you are supporting another fabulous author.
I also commented on her blog about her Red Carpet event.
Thanks for doing a giveaway:)

I am so glad all of you recognize my under-handed genius!!! whaaahaaahaaa

brendajean--thanks for letting me know you commented. I peeked over at Janette's blog looking for familiar names in the comments section, but that helps!

Yeehaw! I read her blog already so I'm good as golden, right?

I'm saving My Double Life to read after I've lost eight more pounds. It's very motivating.

And my word verification is cutters. I think that's super weird because I just finished reading that scene in Band of Sisters where it turns out one of the characters is cutting.

Oh, and I read your book last week (or maybe two weeks ago?) and I totally enjoyed it, in case I forgot to tell you that. Such fun characters. I got hooked on Regencies with Marian Chesney in high school but gave them up several years back due to the ick factor. It's so fun to find yours to read.
